Family: Demeter-Mother; Macavity-Father (Unknown) [Lots of cousins and such on her father's side, but also unknown]
Appearance: Electra is a small female. Both in height and in her body build, but she's quite young, and still has her fair share of growing to do yet. She has a round face, with round cheeks, curious and inquisitive eyes, and a wide troublesome smile. Electra is a Black and Orange Tortoiseshell cat, though does have some vague impressions of white fur here and there. White fur that was more prominent when she was first born and only slim traces of orange granted from her father. But as she got older the orange has become almost more prominent and distinguished then her black cross-hatchings.
You're asking yourselves if I'm partial to Ginger, now. Well, it's a fair question.

Personality: Electra is an incredibly emotional and sensitive kitten. If rejected, either by a crush, a friend, a role model, or even family (or those she looks up to as family) hit her like a punch to the gut, and Electra takes it personally. It hurts her and she keeps it deep in her heart, bottles it up, and acts like she isn't the least bit affected by it. If someone is nice to her, she can read too much into it, or it can even trigger her to get teary eyed. However, anytime a tom is ever nice to her, she has one of two thoughts. That the tom had done something to her, a friend, or a family member and is trying to make nice to "lessen" the blow. Or she'll instantly think the tom is into her. This also creates new thoughts and fantasies in her mind. Sometimes she'll end up developing a crush on them in return for their kindness. However, there's been a couple times where she finds she doesn't find them attractive or interesting and avoids them (or rather the awkwardness she assumes will be there).
Due to her sensitivity, she is intuitive. She suspects things, or subconsciously gets things, even if she doesn't consciously know of it or understands it. If adults suddenly clam up around her, or begin whispering, she just knows something is wrong. She'll go over to them and nuzzle their legs, not even knowing why, but feeling the need to comfort anyway. Electra had also subconsciously known of Demeter's paranoia and cautious nature and is why for most of her life so far she's been pretty isolated, by sticking to her mother like glue. It's only been recently since she's gone off away from her mother and the guardians she's usually stuck with and attached herself to others and befriended cats closer to her own age. Electra has had no problems talking with others or being friendly to them.
Unfortunately, Electra has always picked up Demeter's need for her to be open all the time, subconsciously. And now that Electra is at that age where she's realizing that she wants things to herself and doesn't want her mother knowing everything about her, she has begun to shut down. Not to mention her sensitivity has often made her more impressional and has always been a roller-coaster and emotionally draining on her. But she hasn't just shut down on Demeter, but everyone. She hides her soft, open, and emotional side with rowdiness, playfulness, and has picked up Demeter's tactics on how to avoid 'subjects'. For most of her life Electra has always been curious about her father, and every single time Demeter has shut down or gotten her off the subject. She was quick enough to pick up on the fact that she'd probably never tell her of her father. But her curious never stopped, and has overloaded, to be honest. This curiosity has bled into everything else, other then her father, and tends to send her into less walked areas of the junkyard, quick runs out of the junkyard (she made it almost to the edge of the city the last time before she got too scared and ran back), and has gotten her to injure herself (nothing major); not to mention get her into trouble, the few times she is caught outside of the junkyard.
History: Electra was born not too long ago, after Demeter fled Macavity's empire and took shelter in the junkyard. Electra was delivered by Jennyanydots, and has been taken care of by Demeter since the day of her birth. She never had a father, and Electra to this day still has no idea who her father might be. She tended to be primarily in the care of Demeter, but her other caretakers have been (aunt) Bombalurina, and (aunt) Jennyanydots. She doesn't remember too much of her young times with them, but she has an instinctive need to be near them when she can't find or get to her mother. Electra, despite never knowing her father, has always had a very big support system and seems to be cared for by most of the older cats in the tribe.
The first time she was left in Munkustrap's care without her mothers supervision (Cause let's face it, all those times she was attached to Demeter), Electra fell in love. She was immediately taken in by Munkustrap's handsome face and sexy eyes. And the way he protected, looked out for and care for her, showed just how gentle he was, and made Electra's crush on the silver tabby so much more fortified. And when Demeter does decide to drop her off for some time on her own or with friends, Electra normally asks to be with Munkustrap, and has never once complained about being with Munkustrap. Her crush is probably obvious to anyway whose actually looking specifically for it.
And despite her age, and though not much has really happened to her in her life yet, she has developed quite the reputation for being a bit rowdy. When she's one of the 'guys' and trying to fit in she can sometimes take it too far. One such incident involved the old theatre cat, Gus. It had been a morning where he was watching over the kittens and Electra was engaged in a wrestling match with one of the boys. Things got out of hand and having nothing left to both defend herself and of course come out on top, she began to slap, scratch and bite. Only to wiggle free, pounce on top and bite down hard on the wrong tail. (Yep, she bit Gussy's tail) Even with her tomboyish reputation, Etcetera is still her best friend and she spends just as much time playing with her queen friends as she does getting rough and dirty with her tom friends. (Though nothing has ever come close to her relationship with Demeter) The jellicle ball the night (or two?) before had been Electra's first ever ball, and she had never heard of Macavity's name before that night. She can still remember when he had scratched her during that terrible time, but she can't help but to feel curious about him and pulled towards him in a way she can't explain; nor does she dwell on.

Roleplaying Sample: The Tortoiseshell kitten slid down in the front, breathless from all the dancing. Electra had always heard how fantastic the Jellicle Ball was from her friend Victoria, but none of Victoria's stories of Ball's past could have prepared her for it. Nor were her stories adequate substitutes for the real thing, now that Electra was finally experiencing it for herself. The young kitten's eyes glanced over at Victoria, a smile on her face as she watched her elegant dance steps. Finally her dance seemed to be beckoning another to her side and she watched with rapt eyes as Plato slowly sauntered over a peculiar look on his face. One she could only compare with her own face when she was hungry and desperate to devour her entire dish of food. Her attention on the dancing pair was interrupted when other pairs of cats began to clump together on the sides. Her mother sat closely with Jellylorum and Asparagus Jr and she grinned to herself when the white tabby queen nuzzled her mothers side. She didn't understand fully what was happening, but she didn't want to be the only one not cuddled tightly together with another. Immediately her eyes scanned for her best friend, to have at her side and snuggle down with. But she spotted Etcetera moving away from her and heading over towards Admetus. Her eyes instantly fell when Mistoffelees caught her eye with a soft smile and began heading over to her direction. She had never found him all that interesting or impressive, but her need to be near someone than alone won out and she settled next to the tuxedo tom with a forced smile. As soon as this part of the jellicle ball was over, she knew she could go back to her friends side, and that made her happy.
How often can you be on?: At the very least once a week, but probably more often then that.
