Manfredd watched the front of the old water front warehouse with care. the Boss's instructions had been very clear, the Siamese inside were running an unsanctioned grift and that was not right, London was the Hidden Paws territory and if you were going to operate in it you got Macavity's approval and that was that. these Siamese were challenging the Paw and that could not be ignored. what was worse in Manfedd's book was they were using a queen to do it and that was not right either. the Boss's sources said the lady was a Mystic but not where her talents lay so they were to handle her with kid gloves, no rough stuff or funny business and that suited Manny just fine. the Siamese well they were to be taught a lesson the hard way and that suited Manny just fine too. the massive tom was the first to arrive and he patiently waited for the rest of the pack as the blackish water of London Harbor lapped at the pilings along the dock and where the warehouse extended over the water.

Arnbjorn jogged the last few feet when he saw Manfredd waiting, pulling the black gloves over his grey paws. The fabric felt awkward, and he flexed his fingers a few times to get used to it. Worth it, though, if they were dealing with a mystic. God only knew how powerful the dame would be. "Manfredd." He gave the tom a nod and stood next to him with crossed arms. "Got any plans, or are we just running in swinging?"

the massive tom gave his broad shoulders a shrug, "You know me Mr A, I let smarter heads do the planning. though if we get any of the nimble boys they might think about coming up from bellow as well. you know know the 'Mese can be tricky so they may have outs through the floor and the roof. All I know is that snatching a queen from one of the Humans Hotels to show they can is playing dirty. if they want to challenge they should do it Tom to Tom." Manfredd said in a low growling voice. "wish I'd had a chance to tell T, he would have liked this kind of fracas, did you send a runner for him? he dearly wants to show the Boss what he's made of you know." he added his tail slowly swishing from side to side.

Arnbjorn snorted. "Fuckin' Siamese. Even Bathsheba could take them all down, single-handedly." He smirked at the image and cracked his knuckles. "Yeah, I sent someone out looking for him before I left the Warehouse. Think he can handle himself in there?" The Siamese were easy prey, but still, a cat who underestimated them or overestimated their own prowess could easily be dead meat.
((I'm already loving their 'bro' time, haha!))

Keiiji sat in the shadows, having arrived shortly after Manfred and Arnbjorn did. The tom had accepted jobs from the hidden paw before, it was a living. However, he knew many of the other Henches didn't necessarily feel comfortable working with him. He studied the water and out at the warehouse where the siamese were running amok. He didn't care about the politics of the Siamese, or the hidden paw. Help get the girl away from the siamese was the basis of what Macavity asked of him, and that's as far as he allowed himself to care. His eyes scanned the area, looking for potential points of entry, and where the siamese would most likely hold an ambush.
He doubted they were stupid. Macavity's enemies, the ones Keiiji had the pleasure of being acquainted with, were formidable. With a smooth gait, Keiiji silently stepped out of the shadows where he hid and interrupted the two henches that had been talking. All his coverings were in place, though his legs and arms were not, to provide him with better mobility. The deep jagged scars on his extremities that were usually covered stuck out in stark contrast to his darker fur coloring and was obvious even in the darker lighting of the dusk. "Who else are we waiting for?" Keiiji spoke without much regard to give any type of greeting.

the massive tom tilted his block like head to one side, "Pascal and Tsume. unless you want 'em to come in behind us...second wave like." he said. then Manfredd shrugged again cracking his knuckles "as long as it dosn't get the girlie hurt it's all the same to me."

Arnbjorn's mahogany gaze explored Keiiji's uncovered limbs with mild interest. He'd never seen scars like that. But as far as he was concerned, that just meant that the tom had won. "You got any ideas?" The tom may have been a Jellicle in name, but he did good work for the Henches. Good enough for Arnbjorn.

"Glad to see you all waited. Wouldn't have been any fun if I didn't get any fur beneath my claws." Tsume said with his signature smirk as he rushed up to Manfred's side. The truth was, this was exactly what he had been wanting all night, a chance to do something that would make him valuable in Macavity's eyes. So as soon as the Hench messenger found him, he scampered over to the docks as fast bis little paws could take him, even ignoring two Queens offering him a night of unbridled fun. Getting in high standing with Macavity was far more important to him right now. "So what do we know bout this Mystic Queen?"

Keiiji raised one eyebrow up very slowly as Arnbjorn asked him what his ideas were. He, of course, had worked in groups before mostly when he started taking jobs from Macavity. However, he was more use to working alone, and not being asked for his own opinions. He spoke slowly,"I had scouted the building before arriving here. There-" His voice cut off at the arrival of Tsume. Keiiji's caramel eyes glanced over at the smaller tom, but once again his expression was hidden. With a few more steps, Keiiji found himself beside Arnbjorn. "It won't bother me if we do not go by my ideas. However, charging in there with no plan would not be the best idea. Macavity chooses formidable opponents, and these Siamese are no different."

Manfredd gave a friendly nod to Tsume. "glad you could make it T! you know Arnbjorn right? big wheel with the Boss, and this is Keiji he's whatyou might call a contract worker, and not much only that she's to be handled with kid gloves no rough stuff or funny business and that's straight from the Boss. Keiji here was just about to mention some ideas he had." thre massive tom said then he turned his attention back to the scarred and cloth swaddled taciturn tom.

Arnbjorn tossed Tsume his extra pair of gloves while Manfredd was talking. "Something powerful enough to make Macavity want her, that's all I know. Plus, you know... fuckin' Siamese messing around in our city can't go unchecked." He turned his attention back to Keiiji with a snort. "I could take 'em with one paw tied behind my back." Still, he hesitated. A few Siamese in broad daylight was one thing, but the sneaky bastards couldn't be trusted to fight fair on their own turf. Reluctantly, he added, "But what are you thinking?"

Tsume frowned at the gloves he was passed to him and skeptically slipped them on his paws. "How am I supposed to fight with these stupid things on?" He said annoyed as he as he studied them before smirking at a idea that came to him. With a grit of his teeth he flexed his nails out strongly and with some force he pushed them through the fabric of the gloves. "Much better!"holds out his paw proudly.

Keiiji watched the three toms with a straight face, though his eyes were pretty much the only thing that was visible on his face. His caramel eyes had watched as Arnbjorn passed an extra pair of clothes to Tsume. He recalled Macavity's words when he mentioned the job to him, and he almost wanted to laugh. Instead he just looked at them, with a small raise of one eyebrow. A twitch really. Manfred taking the "With kids gloves" literally was understandable, considering he had worked with Manfred in the past. However, to him, he had taken what he assumed Macavity meant, to be cautious with the mystic.
Flexing his ungloved paws, he proceeded to loosen the tension in his neck. He did point over towards the path leading up to the front doors. "If I were in their place, I'd have set up an ambush there. I also noticed a couple Siamese near the back. There were a couple entrances that were more inconspicuous. I'd still be prepared to fight our way in, even with those entrances."

the massive tom flexed his double paws as well working the soft goatskin gloves his arms rippling as he looked back and fort between Keiji and Arnborn,"hmmm you point the way and I'll go, though if we were to rush two at once might give as better chance I suppose." he said then he looked at Tsume "well see we don't know what her mystic thingee-doo-bob is and it might be by touch ya see? and we might have to touch her." he explained.

Arnbjorn stared moodily at Tsume as the smaller tom pulled on his gloves. They were all wearing them, they all had to figure out how to fight in them. But no need to bring that up. He stretched his shoulders out. Adrenaline was finally starting to pump through his veins, and he watched the building with what could almost be considered a smile. That scuffle with the tom in the city was the most action he'd seen in days. He was getting antsy. "Fighting isn't a problem for me. But... inconspicuous is probably best with the Siamese." He pointed toward the side of the building. "I say we go that way. If they have any patrols set up, they'd be watching the front. So we can swing around and slip in through the side."
((I was hoping someone would catch the 'kids gloves' thing! Arnbjorn is not the brightest bulb - but he will follow orders to a T!))
