I thought it would be neat to have a thread where we could share 'fun facts' about our characters, things that aren't discussed in their character profiles! Like so: - Demeter is one of the fastest runners in the Junkyard.
- Munkustrap is very proud to have humans, and even prouder of his work toward avoiding the dreaded "fixing" from the vet.
- Growltiger has a photographic memory.
- Arnbjorn quite enjoys classical music, though he doesn't go out of his way to listen to any sort of music anyway.

Ohh this is an interesting tidbit of info. That's great, Growltiger having a photographic memory. I never would have thought of that, but I could see him having it. Would be quite beneficial. I'll need to think of some things for the rest of my characters, but I'll start off with Gilbert, since I'm focused on him at the moment. - Gilbert has gotten many of his secondary traits from the memories/experiences from others. (i.e. His low skills to tend his own wounds was from Jenny's healing knowledge)
- Keiiji suffers from extreme Stockholm Syndrome, caused by his "Father" Axel.

Oh, I've got a ton of Demeter ones floating around in there *pokes head* since I'm focusing so hard on her right now. - Demeter doesn't have humans. She found her collar in the city one day and wears it to avoid being sent to the pound by the humans with the nets.
- Tantomile never remembers her dreams. At least, not since the fever dream she had in her youth (the first appearance of her claircognition).
- Clinton has a fair bit of experience with catnip. His former Tribe used it for ceremonial purposes, and many used it recreationally to connect to their spiritual side. Only the adults were allowed to do that, though, so he only ever had any during ceremonies. Of course, his Tribe found plenty of reasons to hold ceremonies often.

This is an interesting way to delve deeper into a characters psyche. Hmmmm: - Jennyanydots is a workaholic. Though does that come as any big surprise...really?
- Keiiji finally 'broke' after being exposed to waterboarding. The very real sense of drowning has left Keiiji mortified of water or experiencing any type of gag reflex. It's the only time he'll have flashbacks of his captivity. (Though good luck seeing him express his fears)

Yeah, totally in a Demeter state of mind. >.< - Demeter has kissed two toms since joining the Jellicles: the Rum Tum Tugger and Munkustrap. She and the silver tabby were close to pursuing a romantic relationship, but ultimately realized they were meant for a big brother/little sister relationship, rather than mates.

I know what you mean. *pets Demeter* - Gilbert's first and only kiss happened between him and Siobhan. Gilbert hasn't been kissed since. He also lost his virginity to Siobhan; which was against his will. Gilbert has not had any more experience with sex or romance, since then.

- Clinton can play an instrument similar to a pan pipe. He's been working on making his own, but he keeps messing it up and tossing it. There's a veritable pile of unfinished ones in the Junkyard.

Ooh, cool! Victoria.... - Is really, really good at finding things. She once found Jem's lost spike from her collar wedges between the oven and the planks.
- Victoria doesn't sing much because she has never seen her mother since she was a young kitten. But she can hear her lullabies in her head, soothing and beautiful. She's afraid if she sings, she'll forget about the lullaby.
- Will never, ever forgive Rumpelteazer for nicking her prized jewel that she had found tossed in a pile of scraps. It was her good luck charm, but she still is friends with the female cat.
- Victoria loves sneeking into the city and listening to human's radios. Her favorite song is Mambo No. 5.

I love head canons. - The reason Tugger is the first one to see Quaxo's powers is because in a light argument, he got fustrated with Tugger for calling him Twinkle Toes for the twentieth time that day and nearly singed the Maine coon's tail on accident.
- Tsume can regail to anyone who asks just who and when he he received each of his scars.
- Growing up in Jelly's "day care" Pounce has had a on/off crush on Cettie but cause he knows her mother doesn't like him all that much, he never told her and never will.
- Cettie dreams of being the first cat gymnast after she grew up watching her owner's daughter practice her routines.

Stubinz has a child sized fiddle that he can play though badly (missing two toes on the left hand paw does that to your fingering!)

- Arnbjorn doesn't have a room for himself in the warehouse, unlike most of the other Henches. He typically sleeps near the warehouse entrance. He likes to be as accessible as possible. He also doesn't like sleeping on cushions.

Stubinz* Stubby got his fiddle from a terminaly ill human child named Maryanne. Stubby refers to it as a
"wasteing" illness so it could have bee cancer or advanced leukimiea, whatever it was allowed her
in the final stages to see the Jelliclles for what they are. he learned to play and played for her to comfort her.
Manfredd* as Demeter heard, though was not in an appreciative frame of mind, he has a very nice singing voice.

Here's a little something to get some creativity flowing - how does your character sleep? What position? How do they sleep (or not sleep) when they're stressed? - Demeter sleeps on her stomach, usually. One arm tucked beneath her chest, her face in the crook of her other elbow. A leg sticking straight out and the other hitched up a bit. When she's going through stress she typically isn't able to sleep, so she walks through the Junkyard. She feels safe in the shadows, able to observe without being seen. If she does manage to sleep, it's typically in the fetal position.
- Arnbjorn likes sleeping above the ground, typically on windowsills and the like. On his back, his arms on his chest, a leg dangling off the edge. He works out if he can't sleep, because it's easy to turn his mind off that way.
- Clinton sleeps completely spread-eagle on his back. He takes up a lot of space. He doesn't often have difficulty sleeping, but when he does, he either plays or tries to fix his 'pan pipe'.
- Tantomile curls up on her side in a very feline way, her chin on her arm and her tail wrapped around her body. She doesn't do much when she can't sleep. Sometimes she'll move outside so that she can watch what's going on, but usually she just stays lying down until she eventually falls asleep, or until morning comes.
- Munkustrap sleeps on his back, an arm draped over his abdomen and the other beneath his head. Sometimes he crosses one leg over the other, but usually they're loosely straight out. He patrols when he can't sleep. Which is often.
- Growltiger doesn't often sleep without a dame next to him. Usually sprawled on his stomach, his arm around her waist. If he can't sleep, he drinks until he can.
