Before Krystalle could even ask what she was here for, Macavity gave her a sideways answer to her non-voiced question. She simply nodded and moved to one side of Macavity's desk and faced the door. Her ears folded back in curiousity and defence as to their last guest. She was never asked to do any real deep delving, but she wouldn't be surprized if she was ever asked too. And this meeting it seemed he just wanted her to mind-monitor their guest, whom now glided through the door. She was a beautiful Siamese, to be sure, but she was either like this or was putting on a sly, slitheryness about her. She wasn't sure the Queen was purposely ignoring the burnt orange Tom, Manfredd, and herself, but she did get the impression that she was here and wanted to focus her sultriness on Macavity and Growltiger. And after once getting an outer understanding of the Queen, she gently slipped into the Queens mind to get a better feel of her. Krystalle was always gentle and silent when sifting through a mind, and so knew the other Queen wouldn't know of her looking. And it wasn't like she would completely know, Krystalle was only looking for the basics of the Queen and her purpose of her visit, and anything in regards to Macavity and his territory. And just from her introductory entrance, Krystalle knew that the Siamese was much in balance with herself, she would remain calm and collected during this meeting, but once returning to her private quarters she was much of a "loud mouth", to use a term. Now she just waited patiently, quietly, for her mission here.

((Let's establish a posting order really quickly so that nobody gets confused - Krys, me, dodd, x2. Everybody alright with that?))
The second Growltiger laid eyes on that damned Siamese colorpoint pattern, his fingers were wrapping around the dagger strapped against his hip. "Whit th' heel ur ye up tae, Macavity." His eyes narrowed at the queen as she spoke to him. He respected Macavity well enough. It was rare that he respected a cat enough to take orders from them, after all. But working with the Siamese was a step too far. For a sliver of a second, he considered responding to the queen. But no. Hell no. He turned his attention back to the ginger tom. "Ah didnae come haur tae be insulted!"

the ginger toms expression did not change, when he replied in a soft dangerously reasonable voice, "and have you been? as for what I am up to it is very simple...I am listening to a politely worded request for permission to operate in the Hidden Paws domain! they are not asking for anything that I do not extend to you or any of my other agents. think of it...think of the wasted potential of the Siamese when by acknowledging Him and The Golden Horde we can maximize the profits for everyone!" Macavity spread his paws "we have an opportunity here to get revenue from those who would side with either against the other and have it ALL come into OUR coffers!"
Kimiko bowed her head waiting patiently still as a statue.
Manfredd stood stoically as the words flowed over him as he concentrated on where he would need to go if things got...active.

Keiiji watched the scene beside Macavity with amusement, though nothing appeared on his face or in his body posture to acknowledge it. He tilted his head in Mack's direction. "A typical response from the famed Growltiger." Keiiji spoke softly, clinically, and almost coldly. Despite feeling none of the aforementioned emotions. But Keiiji wasn't there to make digs at other Henches, nor was his dig personal; a simple observation. "From a business standpoint, this seems like a reasonable offer. And very profitable." Even for a freelance mercenary like him.

Business talk always seemed to just go over her head most of the time, like it was now. Other than understanding that The Golden Horde had returned and wished to share in profits with Macavity, and other than Macavity believing that they were barging in on part of his territory, she had no idea what he was talking about. Watching Growltiger get all puffy amused her though, but she attempted to keep her smile veiled. She knew her job here was to monitor Kimiko, but her attention always seemed to pull towards the burnt orange Tom, especially now that he was speaking. He was amused, even if he was doing a very good job at hiding it. Her curiosity was building, very curious, and was during her best not to just walk over and do something stupid, embarrassing, and damaging.

Macavity's dangerous tone nearly had Growltiger backing down. He took a rare moment to think things through. The Siamese had embarrassed him in the past, had nearly ruined his reputation and taken his dame out from under his nose. But even he knew there was only so much Macavity would tolerate from him. His voice was gravelly and low with anger as he continued. "Ah wooldnae act against ye, Macavity." He pointed a claw at the bandaged tom behind Macavity, his tattered ear twitching. "But th' damn comments stop noo. Aam nae a rockit, Ah will be treated respectfully."

inwardly the lovely siamese was smiling broadly at the fact that her comment had scored on the one eyed tom. "but of course great one that was certainly not intent, the Son of the East has decided that I will be his representative to the Paw and yourselves. he trusts that my skills in...diplomacy will be of use in ensuring the smooth operation of this endeavor. pray how may I...make up this lose of face to you?" Kimiko asked demurely. she wondered if Growltiger would attack her if pressed enough, that would show Macavity and his just how unstable she knew the pirate to be!
the massive tom had shifted slightly so that he was where he could step between any confrontation and his two principles, Macavity and Krystalle. wasn't quite sure what to make of Kimiko's statement but fortunately that was not his problem!
Macavity tapped his fingers together as he smiled, the opertunites here were positively delicious! not only was there soooo ch entertainment vale to be had but they would reap a fine profit AND he could use the two camps to keep each other from garnering to much power in their own right!

Keiiji felt nothing when the loud-mouth tiger pointed a clawed finger at him in accuse. He didn't feel threatened, nor did he feel offended. Perhaps back when Growltiger was at his high, he'd have taken the claw as a threat, and a future challenge. But now, with his most recent failure against Genghis and his information (assuming it was accurate) that he hopped between booze and queens, gave him the impression that he was rusty. Still, he did admit to wanting to see the tom in battle, or to spar with him later. It'd still be an experience. Ignoring Growltiger, as he didn't respect a tom he didn't know enough to dignify him with a response; his eyes slid to Kimiko, now interested in her body language.
Her eyes kept going to Growltiger. He was never fooled by a demure voice, and the hesitancy to speak diplomacy had been a tell. He didn't leave Macavity's side, and with prior permission to speak his mind during this job, by the hidden paw, he directed his full attention to Kimiko. "Tell me Kimiko. What is your true purpose here? Are you here as a diplomatic liaison for the Golden horde, or are you just trying to start another conflict with Growltiger under the flag of truce?" His voice gave away no emotions, just a cold calculated assessment as his caramel eyes gazed intently at her.

Growltiger wanted to lash out, but the Tom knew better than to take out anger on other in front of Macavity, especially one where he could profit. Kimiko certainly was enjoying herself, but that was obvious on her face. She was definitely a feline that she did not like to associate with. She seemed to enjoy to much the pain that she could silently inflict. And Macavity, without reading his own mind, he was thoroughly enjoying himself and the situation that had arose.
Wait. Krystalle's eyes snapped back to Kimiko. She slipped back to a previous thought of hers. She was wanting Growltiger to attack her, show Macavity that he was unstable, and she would push his buttons far to get that result. Hmmm, she thought, what was the real point in causing such mischief? Other than her just wanting chaos, and chaos for her boss.
Her attention was then pulled from her silent mind probe of Kimiko to the other Tom of the room, besides Manfredd. And his word shocked her a little, but not in what he said, just that he said it. Wow, blunt honesty, she thought, and liked it. She knew Macavity wasn't completely always being honest to her, and only told her enough to keep her calm and safe. She preferred honesty, but sometimes she needed things worded in a different way.
Now if she was going to be honest with herself, she had to admit she was attracted physically, even with the bandages covering his face. But heck, when would she have the nerve to talk to him? Yes, she was a friendly Queen, but she was also a shy one with new felines to her.

the siamese queen silently took stock as she knelt still as a statue. Macavy and Growltiger were obvious despite the surprise of the one eyed toms presence, leader and lieutenant. the massive tom with the block like head and the eyes like dull buttons she dismissed out of hand, simply muscle and simple minded, likewise she missed the queen who was making eyes at the bandaged tom as mere eye candy, decorative and nothing more. now the bandaged tom was something else...he could be mere muscle but he spoke like he was the One Eye'd Ones equal. interesting.....
Macavity kept a straight face but ohhhh you could always count on Keiiji for audacity! the scarlet tom remained quiet to the better to study the situation.
