Personality: Pouncival can be described easily as being clumsy and awkward. he also can be quite mischievous, loving to sneak up behind people and startle them. He also likes jumping and flipping off things even at a young age, which is how he got his name. He doesn't fit in well with the other Toms because he is so young and quite immature. The Queens find him obnoxious so most snub him especially the older ones. Honestly the young Tom doesn't really know who he is as cat so imitates the Toms he idolizes. The Rum Tum Tugger is one of those Toms because so many queens like him especially the one he fancies, Bombalurina. She seems to like Toms like Tugger, he has been practicing being him to get her attention.
History: Tumble and him were found at the docks and he was so young he barely remembers the day. All he has ever known is the Junkyard and being daily scolded by Jellylorum for not washing between his toes or jumping off things he wasn't supposed to although most had been Tumble's doing. He spent most of his kittenhood watching the older toms wooing the Queens and imitating them in front of the female kittens.
Last night was his first Ball and he was beyond pleased that Bomba was the one to take his virginity but that was the furthest it went, which he hopes he can change that.

Pouncival glanced around the Junkyard to make sure no one there before he began. The last thing he needed was to the other toms see what he was doing or worse Bomba the queen he had his on eye. When he was sure the coast was clear he began strutting around the junkyard imitating the strut that he had watch Tugger his biggest idol do all the time around the queens the night before
The same strut he saw Bomba drool over.
"If that's what she likes then I gotta do that. I'll act the same way Tugger does and then I am sure to win her over." he said to himself with a grin. He was so happy he did back flip which he didn't land on his feet.
