- You cannot roleplay with your characters until they are accepted by an admin.
- Please add your characters' names to your signature.
- Write in third person, past tense.
- Do not have your character in more than one thread at a time.
- Do your best to use proper grammar in your roleplay posts, but don't feel pressured to make it perfect. Everybody makes mistakes. Just capitalize appropriately, don't shorten words (ie 'you' to 'u'), and use proper punctuation as well as you can.
- If you must state something 'out of character' in a roleplay post, label it as such (either with double brackets or 'OOC:' at the end of the post)
- The password is 'rice pudding and mutton'.
- When a character exits a thread, write [exit 'character name'] at the end of your post.
- Similarly, when a thread is dead (when all the characters have exited), write [DEAD] at the end of the last post.
- Stay active, please! Let an admin know if you will be gone for an extended period of time.
- Let's avoid OOC drama. If there is a problem on the board, do not get involved. Take it to one of the admins. This is a safe space.
- Do not god-mod. This means you cannot control other characters' actions, only your own characters.
- Speak with an admin if there is a taken character you would like someone to play temporarily, in the instance of a user absence.
- Stick to a 'posting order' in threads with multiple characters. For example, if Munkustrap, Bombalurina, Jellylorum, Rumpleteazer, and Skimbleshanks have posts in a thread in that order, Rumpleteazer would have to wait for Jellylorum to reply before she could post a reply. This is so that no characters get left behind if the other roleplayers continue to post while they are gone.
- Your character may not change Tribe allegiance without staff approval.
- Your character may not have kittens without staff approval.
- If your character is in a thread with multiple characters, do your best to interact with every character in that thread.
- Posting an in-progress character application effectively reserves that character for you. If you do not finish your character application within a week, other users are free to apply for that character.
- Your character may not die/be killed without staff approval.
